The Enchanted Forest is a fairy tale attraction in one in one of British Columbia's old growth forests, with 38 acres of trails, four tree houses, and 350 cement fairy sculptures. 

If you have deep pockets, you can live out your Grimm fairytale (or your Lord of The Rings) life for a mere. $2.7 million.  

For all you're getting, it's pretty cheap.

Though technically a commercial property, the two-story candy cane is a fully functional house.
